How to use this catalog
Review & edit. Click a photo or Review & edit on any card. Fix the name, description, dimensions, shelf and quantity, choose a status, then click Save changes. Your edits are saved for everyone immediately.
Search. Type anything — a word from the name or description, a keyword, a shelf number, or the original photo filename (for example IMG_8254). Use the drop-downs to narrow by disposition, destination, or review status.
Route it. Set Disposition to Keep, Sell, Undecided or Disposed. For items you are keeping or donating, pick a Destination. The Destination pull list tab groups everything by destination and shelf so it can be gathered in one trip — click Print there.
Sell it. Setting Disposition to Sell adds the item to Items to sell, where you can add a listing title, public description, condition, price, and better photographs. Shelf, private notes and minimum price never appear in anything exported for buyers.
Voice typing. On Windows, click into any text box and press Windows + H to dictate. Check the text, then click Save changes.
If two people edit the same item you'll see a notice instead of losing work. Read their version, then re-apply your change if it still applies.
